Shipping policy

KanizoArt is located in the United Kingdom, so please be consider this when ordering from outside of the UK.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

UK ORDERS:
Your order will be posted using 2nd class mail, so it may take up to 5 working days to arrive. If you need your order quicker, you can upgrade to 1st class at the checkout, in which it should arrive within 2-3 working days.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS:
Please be aware that you will likely be subject to custom fees on all orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I will not refund postage costs on any orders that are returned to me, if the buyer chooses not to accept or pay for custom fees.

TRACKING:
Please note that tracking is not applied as standard when ordering. There will be an option at the checkout to upgrade to tracking if you wish.

POSTAGE DELAYS:
There may be some delays on receiving your order. UK orders can take up to 5-8 working days to arrive, and international orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. Tracking is not included as standard, but is available as an upgrade option at the end of checkout. If you're still waiting for your order to arrive, and it has gone past the expected delivery time, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help sort things out.
